Anastasiya Shtaltovna, Ph.D.

Anastasiya Shtaltovna brings over 15 years of experience managing a wide range of international development and research projects. Her work focuses on strengthening parliamentary democracy, inclusive democratic governance, promoting sustainable development, fostering knowledge and innovation, and supporting local economic development across more than 10 countries worldwide. She holds a Ph.D. in Development Studies from the University of Bonn, an international MSc in Rural Development jointly awarded by Ghent University and Humboldt University in Berlin, and an MA in Management from the National Agrarian University in Kyiv. Her work has been shared through academic publications, international conferences, and direct engagement with local and international partners. At the Parliamentary Centre, Anastasiya manages projects in Ukraine, Armenia, Myanmar, and other regions. She has been part of the Centre’s team since November 2020.
